Office Policies

Appointments: Call during business hours to schedule. Appointments fill quickly, so please schedule immediately after your last appointment.
Missed / Canceled Appointments: A no‑show fee of $35.00 will be charged. Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Payment: Payment is expected before appointments. Use Tebra’s patient portal to pay any balances. Payment plans are available—speak with Nikkia, our office manager.
Prescriptions: Refills are called in the day of your appointment. Delays may occur due to insurance prior authorizations. We complete required forms promptly but must wait for insurer approval.
Temporary Refills: If you miss a follow‑up, a temporary refill may be called in until your next appointment. A $50.00 fee applies. See new‑patient forms for our complete policy.
Emergencies: Call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room. For inpatient psychiatric care, Peachford Hospital offers emergency assessments. Our voicemail key-in system provides contact information for urgent needs or the covering psychiatrist. Call me.
